Our Policies

What do we include in our trips?

From when you land to when you leave:

All lodgings, including the night before Day 1* and the last night

All meals (B,L,D) except where noted

All activities, entry fees, equipment, and guides

All transportation including internal Colombia flights and airport transfers**.

*On some trips we will require that clients arrive 2 nights before trip departure. In that instance both nights will be included.

**Beginning and end of trip airport transfers are included as long as they pertain to the trip.

What do we NOT include in our trips?

Airfare to / from the trip departure / end cities

Tips, souvenirs, incidental

Any costs associated with days before or after itinerary

Excessive alcohol consumption

What is our payment policy?

$1000.00 deposit shall be paid at the time of reservation. Balance to be paid 45 days prior to departure.

What is our cancellation policy?

More than 30 days prior to departure – full refund (less 5% administrative fee).

More than 15 days prior to departure will receive a 50% refund of amount paid.

Less than 15 days prior to departure will not receive any refunds.
